Halimat Sadiya Hadi wrote She Rises: From Trauma to Transformation — a book born from her own journey and from a conviction that the experiences women carry are not the end of their story.
When that book found the women it was meant to find, they wrote back. And what they said, in different words, was the same thing:
"You wrote this for me."
That response revealed a profound institutional gap.
The women who needed She Rises the most were not short on talent, vision, or drive. They were short on access — access to structured support, to credible community, to the kind of institutional investment that says: I see who you are, and I will walk with you long enough to see you become everything you were always meant to be.
She Rises Global Ltd. was registered in Abuja, Nigeria in 2025 to close that gap.
Not with a single programme or a seasonal event — but with an institution. One that would outlast its founder, operate to international standards, and serve women and girls across Nigeria, Africa, and the world for generations to come.
That is the origin of She Rises. And that origin is not merely historical — it is the governing purpose behind every decision this institution makes.
A Message From Our Founder
You were not made to rise alone.
I wrote a book because I needed to tell the truth about my own life. I did not expect the letters that followed. Women I had never met told me their stories and ended them the same way — you wrote this for me.
It taught me something I have not been able to put down since: women do not need more inspiration. Inspiration fades by Monday. What women need is access — structured learning, credible community, and institutions willing to invest in them long enough to see them become.
So She Rises did not remain a book. It became an institution — one built around leadership, healing, enterprise, purpose and impact, because a woman is never only one of those things.
We begin in Nigeria, but we are not building for Nigeria alone. My hope is that a woman in Abuja, Accra, Nairobi or anywhere else will one day find a door here that someone held open for her.
Whatever brought you to this page, I want you to know the thing I most needed to hear: you were not made to rise alone.
