Founder & Director General
Author of She Rises: From Trauma to Transformation. She founded She Rises Global Ltd. in Abuja, Nigeria in 2025 to close the gap between the women who are ready to rise and the institutional support they have never had access to.
Chair, She Rises Women Leadership Council
A respected public servant and Member of the Governing Council of the Maryam Babangida National Centre for Women Development (MBNCWD), Nigeria's foremost federal institution dedicated to the advancement of women. As Inaugural Chair of the Women's Leadership Council, she leads one of She Rises' highest advisory bodies, providing strategic counsel, governance oversight and institutional guidance.
Chief Operating Officer
A project manager, digital marketing strategist and humanitarian leader. Founder and CEO of TheCoaches.com and National Director of Miss Face of Humanity Nigeria, she holds a Master's in Cyber Security alongside professional certifications in SAP S/4HANA and Digital Marketing. As Chief Operating Officer, she brings strategic insight and operational leadership to building She Rises' systems and impact.
Chief Programs & Impact Officer
A Nigerian lawyer, advocate and social impact leader. First Female President of the Katsina State Law Students Association (Ahmadu Bello University chapter), she serves with the ASVIOL Support Initiative and has led SDG programmes as Community Head of the ABU SDG Hub. As Chief Programs & Impact Officer, she provides strategic leadership for the design, implementation and impact evaluation of all She Rises programmes.
Director of Women Affairs, Advocacy & Social Impact
A Deputy Superintendent of Fire with the Federal Fire Service, a trained counselling psychologist and the Founder of Women Impact Organization. As Director of Women Affairs, Advocacy & Social Impact, she leads She Rises' advocacy initiatives, government engagement, community outreach and the flagship Girls Sponsorship Programme.
Chief People & Culture Officer
A Human Resources professional with a passion for people development, organisational excellence and building strong, values-driven institutions. As Chief People & Culture Officer, she provides strategic leadership for She Rises' people strategy, organisational culture and talent development, ensuring our values are embedded across every level of the institution.
