Delivered from 22 July to 1 August 2026, the inaugural She Rises Leadership Academy was an intensive two-week leadership development programme for emerging women leaders. Its hybrid format combined physical learning sessions, online engagements, collaborative activities and a practical Impact Challenge.

Nine structured learning sessions — seven physical and two online — led into the She Rises Impact Challenge, where participants worked in five teams to develop practical solutions for women and girls in Nigeria.
